We provide staff for many roles including seating stewards, ticket checking and tearing, venue security, office security, traffic duties, car park patrols and personal security.
In addition we have consulted for the Royal Horticultural Society at Hampton Court and Tatton Park. As well as gaining new clients every month we have also completed Royal visits at Brighton and Warwickshire.
The flexibility and professionalism we provide reflects our client base, the emphasis of our services focuses on quality and commitment right through the company from management to staff. We are committed to British Standards and will continue to provide the high level of service our current customers have come to expect.
Many of our customers who use our services continue to support us by return business and new referrals.
Our Staff
Staff are recruited through the local job centre and advertisements in the local press. They are interviewed and vetted on the requirements of British Standards 7960, 8406, 7858 & 7499
In addition to the SIA licences staff complete a three day training programme (BS8406 Event Stewarding) to assist them in their understanding and completion of their duties whilst working with Securex Limited.
Further training is provided by means of work experience and working alongside the more regular and most experienced staff.
Appraisals of staff and regular training updates are continually being assessed to ensure quality of service.

Garry Wardell gained his experience in the security industry from his years of employment wih the NEC group. Garry commenced with them as a casual security officer and from there he progressed through the ranks. His final post with the national exhibitions centre was as exhibition and event security manager.
There were many high profile world events which he was involved in for example:- The G8 summit, The Eurovision song contest, numerous Motors shows and the International Lions convention.
His responsibilities at a senior level included management of supervisors, staff, administration, recruitment and training.
Having gained experience of handling single let or multi-let situations and large scale events such as motorshows he decided to work for himself providing an alternative security service for the exhibition and event industry.
